Topic: Strategic Thinking: Improve decision making company-wide
When things feel uncertain, strategic thinking and decision-making skills often go out the window. In this mini-workshop, we’ll help People Ops professionals build the vocabulary and skills to notice when a decision or process is likely to go awry. You’ll become a prediction engine, asking the right kinds of questions to improve the quality of other people’s thinking. We’ll also discuss ways you and your managers can better diagnose strategic thinking issues across the company and earn a seat at any decision-making table.
